Silver Star Scholarship Inc is a registered 501(c)3 charity that provides a scholarship to a Whiteland Community High School senior each May in memory of SGT Joseph E. “Joey” Proctor. 100% of the donations received are used to fund the one time scholarships. Our board and all of our activities are covered by volunteer efforts.
